How to adjust resolution settings for your channels

Depending on what cameras you have on your system new or existing. You may need to make some adjustments to resolution before they appear on your monitor screen. 

To do so, on the left-hand side go Surveillance and then Record.

Select the tab listed as Mainstream.

Select the channel associated with your camera and then adjust the column named Resolution to match the resolution of your camera. The green box in the picture below has a drop-down arrow, which will give you a list of various resolutions which can be used.
