Camera image not showing on channel 4

To use a normal 4 pin camera instead. 

Go to Surveillance on the left-hand side, then select IPC Setup. 

From here go down to Channel 4 and untick the Enable tick box.  

Remember to save and then restart the DVR. 

You may need to remove and then reconnect the camera back into port 4 on the DVR for it to pick up the camera.
