Durite Live Client Initial Login and Setup

The file is quite large so may take a short while depending on your internet connection speed.

We recommend uninstalling any previous version of Durite Live before installing a newer version.

Once downloaded locate the EXE file, normally placed into your Downloads folder (C:\Users\[username]\Downloads replace [username] with your name).The file is an executable application that will install the Durite Live Client software onto your PC.Double click the Executable to start the installation process.

You may be asked if you want the application to make changes to your PC, click Yes.In some cases, you may be asked for an Administrator username and password, if you do not know these you will need to contact your IT support to install the software for you.

Once the installer has started follow the remaining screens through to complete the install.

This should place the Durite Live shortcut on the Desktop which should look like this:

Double click the icon to start the application.

At the login page change the default options to:

Type: Server

Server IP: view.duritelive.co.uk

Enter User and Password from the email.They are case-sensitive.

Check the Save Password as required.

You should now be able to see the main Durite Live window with a map and your vehicle/s to the left.

Recommended settings

We recommend you check the system settings, located in the top right as a small cog wheel icon highlighted in yellow below, to ensure the live video automatically stops after 60 seconds.This is to save your mobile data being used up too quickly if the viewer is left on by accident.

Check the Automatically turns off the video (seconds) option highlighted in yellow below and set the number to 60.Change the other options as required.
