System→Config menu explained

0-776-80, 0-776-81, 0-776-84


This menu can be used if you have multiple DVRs to set up in the same way. You can set one DVR up, then export the settings onto a USB drive, and import those same settings onto as many other DVRs as you need, saving you from manually setting up each one.


Get to the menu

1. Press the menu button on the remote and enter the password (default is 6666)


2. Choose the menu options: System→Config

Button	Explanation
Import	If you have a config file saved to a USB drive, you can plug it in to the front of the DVR (0-776-81 and 0-776-84 only) and import the settings.
Export	If you plug a USB drive in to the front of the DVR (0-776-81 and 0-776-84 only), you can export all the settings you have applied for this DVR into a file.
Renew	This will reset all the settings back to the defaults.
