Device ID | This is the unique code that identifies each DVR. No two DVRs will have the same ID.
Firmware version | This is the version of the software running on the DVR. As of September 2018, VC.7 is the most recent version. We only recommend you upgrade firmware from an older version if you need a feature in a newer version. If you need an update, contact us on the normal Durite number and we can guide you through the process.
GPS Signal | This shows the GPS satellites connected and the signal. If it says OK at the end, your GPS signal is good enough for a location. If it says Fail then your GPS signal is not strong enough for a location. This may be due to where the antenna is mounted, it needs to have a clear path to the sky, ideally it should be mounted in the top corner of the windscreen. It may also be the location of the vehicle. GPS signal can be quite poor in tunnels, built up areas, woodlands and around large hills/mountains.
ETH0 MAC | This is used for different models of the DVRs which we do not supply.
ETH0 IP | This is used for different models of the DVRs which we do not supply.
Server status | This is used for different models of the DVRs which we do not supply. |
