How to enable DST settings.

Once you've logged into the DVR. Head to over to the left-hand side of the page and under the Basic Setup tab, you’ll see the option called Time Startup. 

From here you'll be given 3 tabs with the options regarding the Time sync, DST, and General setup. 

Under the General tab, please make sure your layout is setup up like the picture below. If the cross-time zone box is enabled this will cause conflict with the DST and it won't auto adjust your time when the saved preset is meant to. To avoid this issue, untick cross time zone and then save before continuing to the next tab.

Next, head to the last tab on the list, DST. Here we'll adjust the following highlighted in purple and then save before checkng the next tab. You'll want to make sure these are enabled and then set to March, Last and October, Last. For the correct time change to take place.  

With this saved, go to the Time sync tab. You may see the time adjust if it has too. However just check to see if the date and time are correct. If not, press the sync with pc button. This will then sync with your PC/Tablet/Phone and give you the correct time. after the sync press Save and restart the DVR. 

 

DST should now be set and ready.
